ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

These TCSU govern access to the Fatstep application and the sale of private use licenses for audio files (MP3/WAV).

Any order implies acceptance without reservation of these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 2: LICENSE OF USE (Private Use)

Purchasing a track grants a license of use strictly limited to the private and family sphere.

Authorized Uses

• Personal listening on your devices
• Family and domestic use

Prohibited Uses

• Resale
• Rental
• Making available to third parties
• Commercial use (advertising, film, monetized social networks)
• Modification of works

Note: Commercial use requires a specific license agreement.

Fatstep remains the owner (or agent of the labels) of intellectual property rights.

ARTICLE 3: ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Fatstep operates on a one-time purchase basis. There are no credits and no subscriptions.

• Each purchase is a single, one-time payment for the selected track or release
• A purchase grants you a personal license to download the audio files (MP3/WAV) and keep them, under the conditions of Article 2
• Prices are shown before payment and charged once at checkout

ARTICLE 4: ABSENCE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Digital content not provided on a material medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By validating your purchase, you accept immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 5: DIGITAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

In accordance with Articles L224-25-1 and following of the Consumer Code, Fatstep guarantees the conformity of downloaded audio files.

In the event of a corrupted file, Fatstep undertakes to provide a new download link.

ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to music, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Fatstep or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Fatstep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

ARTICLE 8: MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by French laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ARTICLE 10: LINKING A YOUTUBE CHANNEL (CREATOR MODE)

Creators may link their YouTube channel to Fatstep. This feature uses the YouTube API Services.

By linking your channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The information Google receives is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

Fatstep reads your channel and your own uploads in read-only mode, for the sole purpose of verifying that a video legitimately uses a track from our catalogue. You may withdraw this access at any time from your Fatstep profile or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
